About us

Elleci S.r.l. is a company based at Pompeii near Naples providing a fully comprehensive service in the technical-industrial and construction sector. We also specialize in the design, construction and testing of mobile telephone base stations. The company’s founding partners initially started a technical design and business consultancy studio, acquiring various professional qualifications that have allowed the company to give ever greater impetus to entrepreneurial activity.
Thus, in 2013 Elleci S.r.l. was established. Through the collaboration of the staff and with the help of external consultants and trusted companies, Elleci S.r.l. continue to operate in the field of civil and industrial design and consultancy in the mobile telephone technological sector, in residential and public construction, and in interior design.

In 2014, we renovated and expanded the offices at our current headquarters at Pompeii in Viale Unità d'Italia, while continuing to work directly with various architectural and engineering firms, as well as with numerous professionals and companies that have been active for many years in the construction, industrial and technological sectors.
The experience gained over almost 35 years has allowed us to carry out highly sophisticated projects in the previous five years, both in terms of construction techniques and for the use of innovative materials with a low environmental impact. Great attention is always paid to the functionality and energy saving aspect of the buildings we work on.

Elleci S.r.l. focuses on working with operators in telecommunications, engineering and architecture, as well as professionals and individuals looking for new ideas and innovation in the technical, technological and architectural sector. Our strengths derive from the ability to work as a team and the synergy that exists between the various professionals in the company.

ACTIVITIES

BUILDING DIVISION

Our team of professionals deals with building renovation and design, ordinary and extraordinary maintenance work and the conservation and restoration of buildings and facades in both the public and private sector, including those in specially restricted areas and, through our professionals, we also specialise in interior architecture design.

STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING DIVISION

Our professional qualified structural engineers have many years of experience behind them: For the Campania Region and for the Provincial Sector of the Civil Engineers of Naples, our engineer, Ermanno Lamarte, has carried out various specialized professional tasks for particularly complex activities related to the implementation of the Regional Law of 7/01/83 (and subsequent changes) referred to in the Departmental Decree by the coordinator of the A.G.C. 15 Public Works n. 249 of 22/10/2010 approving a short list of engineers/architects and related practices.

TELEPHONY DIVISION

As part of Elleci S.r.l., our professionals have the requisites to cover the roles of works supervisor, manager and coordinator pursuant to Legislative Decree 81/2008 (and subsequent changes), having consolidated and proven experience in these activities, and being capable of performing structural checks and calculations of polygonal poles, steel pylons for cell-phone antennas, roof-top radio base stations, including instrumental checks and electromagnetic impact reports.
Our company is already accredited with the major national telecommunications companies for research activities, acquisitions, planning and design, construction management, and safety coordination in the field of cellular telephony (UMTS / GSM / DCS / LTM / 4G / 5G systems).
